Registering gives you access to the extra features on our web site. These features include the ability to customize the content you recieve so that you see only what you are really interested in and posting classified ads.
You must be at least 13 years of age to register with our site.
PARTICIPANT CONSENT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By registering for any ReCreation Athletics program, including leagues, tournaments, or clinics, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Photo and Video Release
ReCreation Athletics has permission to photograph and/or video record participants during games, practices, tournaments, clinics, and related events. These photos and videos may be used by ReCreation Athletics for promotional purposes, including the website, social media, flyers, and other marketing materials, with no compensation provided for such use. If registering a minor, the registering parent or legal guardian is providing this consent on the minor's behalf.
2. Medical Treatment Authorization
ReCreation Athletics has medical staff on-site who may administer first aid or emergency care to a participant if needed. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, ReCreation Athletics will make reasonable efforts to contact the participant's parent or guardian (if applicable) as soon as possible. The registering individual is responsible for any costs associated with medical care provided, including any follow-up treatment beyond on-site first aid.
3. Code of Conduct Acknowledgment
Participants, and where applicable their parents or guardians, are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner during all ReCreation Athletics programs. This includes respecting coaches, officials, staff, other participants, and spectators. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including verbal or physical abuse, may result in removal from the facility, suspension, or dismissal from the program without refund, at the discretion of ReCreation Athletics staff.
4. Facility Rules Acknowledgment
All posted facility rules and verbal instructions from ReCreation Athletics staff regarding equipment use, parking, guest access, and general conduct on the premises must be followed.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment
Registration constitutes acknowledgment of ReCreation Athletics' refund and cancellation policy, including how weather-related cancellations, program withdrawals, and credits or refunds are handled.
By completing registration for any ReCreation Athletics program, you confirm that you have read and understood the above.
